This four-day ISO 21001 Lead Implementer course is designed for professionals responsible for establishing, implementing, and improving an Educational Organization Management System (EOMS). The training focuses on the implementer’s role: translating ISO 21001 requirements into operational processes, controls, and monitoring mechanisms that support educational objectives and stakeholder needs.
Participants follow the full implementation lifecycle, from understanding organizational context and defining the EOMS scope to planning, operational control of educational products and services, internal audit, and continual improvement. Emphasis is placed on aligning pedagogical objectives, learner requirements, and governance responsibilities within a coherent management system.
The course prepares participants to lead ISO 21001 implementation projects and support organizations through certification with confidence. Certification exam fees are included. The exam is delivered online and has a duration of three hours.
