This two day foundation course introduces the structure, intent, and practical application of a Business Continuity Management System aligned with ISO 22301:2019. Participants learn how continuity requirements fit into governance, risk, and operational control without treating BCMS as a standalone exercise. The course explains core components such as policy, roles, documentation, performance evaluation, audits, and management review. Emphasis is placed on how organizations establish, operate, and maintain continuity capabilities that withstand disruption and regulatory scrutiny. The training prepares participants to understand certification expectations, engage effectively with auditors, and support continuity programs with clear evidence and disciplined processes.
