Implementation topics include designing controls and drafting policies and procedures, communication and training plans, and managing resources, customers, and operations.The course concludes with monitoring, analysis and evaluation, internal audit, management review, treatment of problems and nonconformities, continual improvement, and preparation for accreditation.Exam fees are included, certification is available, the stated success rate is 100%, and the exam is online with a stated duration of three hours.
