ISO 9001 Lead Implementer is a four-day intensive course to build the expertise to establish, implement, manage, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015. You learn how to interpret ISO 9001 requirements in an organizational context and translate them into scope, policies, roles, risk assessment, objectives, operational controls, and monitoring routines. The program concludes with internal audit, management review, treatment of nonconformities, continual improvement, and certification audit preparation. Exam fees are included, certification is available, the stated success rate is 93.33%, and the exam is online with a stated duration of three hours.
