ISO 45001 Lead Implementer

It is a four-day course that develops the expertise to establish, implement, manage, and maintain an OH&S management system aligned to ISO 45001:2018. It also prepares you to plan monitoring and improvement and to get ready for a certification audit.

It is intended for OH&S managers and consultants, expert advisers, conformance owners, and OH&S management system team members involved in implementation and maintenance.

The exam covers OH&S MS fundamentals, planning and implementation based on ISO 45001, performance evaluation, continual improvement, and preparation for certification audit. The exam is stated as online with a three-hour duration.

It is delivered through theory and practice, including lectures with real-case examples, case-study exercises with role playing and presentations, and exam preparation with review exercises and a practice test.

The program covers initiation and analysis, implementation planning, operational implementation, then monitoring and improvement with internal audit and certification audit preparation.
