The four-day program is organized as a practical implementation sequence. Day 1 covers course structure, standards and regulatory frameworks, fundamentals of OH&S, initiation of the OH&S MS implementation, understanding organizational needs, and analysis of the existing system.Day 2 focuses on planning: leadership and worker participation, defining the OH&S MS scope, setting policy and objectives, and hazard identification with assessment of risks and opportunities. Day 3 addresses implementation: resource management, awareness and communication, documentation management, operations management, and emergency preparedness and response.Day 4 concludes with monitoring and performance evaluation, internal audit, management review, treatment of nonconformities and incidents, continual improvement, and preparation for the certification audit, including the certification process and course closing.This structure helps participants connect the requirements to implementation outputs and the evidence needed for audit readiness.
Keep the sequence intact when you apply it in your organization. If hazard identification and risk assessment are weak, operational controls will not be consistent. You will be able to support an organization in establishing, implementing, managing, maintaining, and continually improving an ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System. You will also be able to prepare for an FSMS certification audit.
