ISO 21001 Lead Implementer

It is a four-day course that builds the competencies to establish, implement, operate, maintain, and improve an Educational Organization Management System aligned to ISO 21001. The focus is on implementation tasks and preparing for a certification audit.

It is intended for educators, administrators, managers, quality and compliance staff, and project leads involved in implementing or managing an EOMS. It also fits consultants and advisers supporting ISO 21001 adoption.

The exam covers competence domains across EOMS fundamentals, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and measurement, continual improvement, and certification audit preparation. The exam is stated as online with a three-hour duration.

It is delivered through theory and practice: lectures with real-case examples, a case study with practical exercises, review exercises, and a practice test similar to the certification exam.

The program moves from initiation and scope, to implementation planning, to operational implementation of educational services, then to monitoring, internal audit, and certification audit preparation.
