ISO 22000 Lead Auditor training is designed for professionals who need to audit a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) against ISO 22000:2018. The course focuses on applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures, and techniques to perform effective internal and external audits.You learn to plan and carry out audits in compliance with ISO 19011 and within the context of the ISO/IEC 17021-1 certification process. The program covers audit initiation, stage 1 audit activities, preparation for the stage 2 audit, and on-site execution including audit procedures, test plans, and communication during the audit.Reporting competence is emphasized through drafting audit findings and nonconformity reports, then closing the audit with documentation review and evaluation of action plans. The course also covers managing an internal audit programme and auditor competence.Exam fees are included, certification is available, and the exam is available online in English and French with a stated duration of three hours.
