The program covers the full audit lifecycle, starting from understanding QMS fundamentals and the certification context, through audit preparation and initiation, to on-site execution and audit closure.During the course you practice the activities that define lead auditor performance: establishing an audit approach based on evidence and risk, conducting stage 1 and stage 2 audit activities, managing audit communications, creating audit test plans, and drafting audit findings and nonconformity reports. The emphasis is on producing clear outputs that support audit conclusions and follow-up actions.The course also addresses audit program and audit team management, including communication with customers and conflict resolution, supported by practical exercises.Exam fees are included. The certification exam is delivered online and has a stated duration of three hours.
